Is a partner of InfiniteChips Inc. He brings over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor  and  communications  IC industry, most recently with PMC-Sierra, where he held various technical and managerial positions in R&D and strategic marketing.

Holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta, Canada. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver.

Published over 80 technical papers in world-class conferences and journals. 

Served as Editor and Guest Editor for International journals.

Holds 18 International patents granted in the USA, Canada, France, Germany, and Japan.

Chairman of the Emerging Technologies Committee of the IEEE Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC). He is a technical co-chair for the System on Chip Workshop, and program coordinator of the Taiwan-Canada Collaboration on SoC and microsystems. 

Earlier, he worked for the University of Toronto, Canada.
